Personal Training
The Hoop Factory offers personal skill development training for players at all levels. From the basics for the Beginner to Advanced Skill Training for the Elite level player and everything in between! We put our players through a skills evaluation process and then customize a plan to improve the strengths and weaknesses of their game. Personal training is for you if you are struggling with any aspect of your game and want to improve your skills and elevate your game to the next level. The Hoop Factory is prepared to cover any skill with our basketball-specific conditioning drills while getting players into better shape.
The Hoop Factory’s personal training programs allow players to make steady strides in their mental and physical game while working in a safe, high-intensity, progressive environment conducive to their level and goals. Personal training sessions with a certified Hoop Factory skill trainer are available year-round, stress repetition and proper fundamentals necessary for players to experience the most improvement possible. The development comes through drills, physical conditioning, and correcting mistakes with professional feedback.
Personal training sessions are available as individual sessions with a savings option based on booking multiple sessions simultaneously. See a complete breakdown below.

Saturdays 7:30-10:30pm
Sundays 7-9pm
$50 per session (1hr) for Group Training
